While we do not cover these fees and they vary by location. If you're unsure about any potential charges, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

For a seamless experience, we kindly ask you to ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout, as we are unable to amend addresses once an order has been dispatched.

All UK orders are shipped from within the country, meaning no additional duties or taxes will be applied.

For all international destinations, orders are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU).

European Union

  • Orders to the EU may be subject to import duties and VAT, which are set by your local government.
  • These fees, if applicable, are handled directly by your customs office and are not included at checkout.
  • If an order is returned to us due to unpaid import fees, any associated costs, including return shipping, will be deducted from the refund.

Rest of the World

  • Any import fees, local taxes, or customs duties are managed by your country’s authorities and are not included in the purchase price.

  • If customs fees are refused and the parcel is returned to us, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
