Returns & Exchanges

At Farrago, we are committed to ensuring you are delighted with your purchase. However, should you need to make a return or exchange, we are here to assist you.

Returns

  • Full-priced items purchased from www.farrago.uk may be returned within 28 days of delivery, provided they meet the conditions outlined below.

  • Items must be in pristine, unworn condition, complete with all original Farrago packaging, dust bags, and accessories. These elements are considered part of the product.

  • Please handle your shoes with care. Any scuffs, marks, or signs of wear, particularly on soles or heel tips, will render the item ineligible for return.

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. For international returns, please clearly mark the package as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid additional customs charges.

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items. However, in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@farrago.uk, and we will be happy to assist.

  • Farrago cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. Any customs duties incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • To ensure a smooth process, please complete the Returns & Exchanges form at the bottom of this page before returning your order.

Exchanges

  • We are pleased to offer 1 complimentary exchange per order within 28 days of delivery.

  • Should you require a different size, colour, or product, we will provide a prepaid return label for the original item. Please fill out the form below and a member of our team will be happy to assist you.

  • To avoid being charged for both items, please ensure the original item is returned within the 28-day period.

  • If exchanging for an item of higher value, we will kindly request payment for the difference. For items of lesser value, the difference will be refunded.

  • Replacement items will be dispatched once any outstanding payments have been processed.

  • To request an exchange, please complete the Returns & Exchanges form at the bottom of this page. A member of our team will then reach out to confirm your preferred item and provide you with a prepaid returns label.

Refunds

  • Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account.

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.

  • Should you return an item purchased with a gift card, the refund will be issued onto a new gift card.
